Return Shipment Process
At G Lab Parts LLC, we want to make the return process simple and straightforward. Please follow these steps when returning an eligible item:
1. Contact Customer Service
Contact our customer service team before sending your item back. Provide your name, order information, and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Your Return Code
After your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide you with a return code and instructions for sending the item back.
3. Choose Your Return Shipping Option
You may choose one of the following options:
- Pay for the return shipment yourself and send the package back to G Lab Parts LLC.
- Request G Lab Parts LLC to arrange/pay for the return shipment. If you choose this option, the applicable return shipping cost will be deducted from your approved refund amount.
4. Ship the Item Back
Package the item securely and include the required return information. The item should remain new, unused, and unopened when required under our return policy.
5. Return Inspection
Once G Lab Parts LLC receives the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return requirements.
6. Receive Your Refund
Please allow approximately two weeks after we receive your returned item for the return to be processed and the refund to be issued. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, subject to applicable deductions and our return policy.
